- On-line registration/payment system will be closed after August 1.
- Please note that your presentation will be cancelled from the program if the registration fee is not paid until July 31, 2019. Abstracts will be also removed from the abstract website.
Congress Dinner

Due to the limit capacity of the hotel ball room, the congress dinner ticket sales will end when the maximum (400 seats) is sold out.
Method for payment
- The registration fee and the congress dinner ticket can be paid by credit card.
- Bank transfer is not accepted
- You can pay at convenience stores in Japan.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation requests received before July 31, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
After August 1, no refund will be provided.
Visa Application Documents
Upon request the conference secretariat will issue an invitation letter (including invitation letter / letter of guarantee / itinerary in Japan) for visa application purposes to those with completed registrations and full payment.
Application form will be posted on registration site.
